After reviewing your intake, your provider will order labs to pinpoint the imbalances that are contributing to your symptoms.

You will receive an in-depth downloadable summary of your lab results and how they relate to your symptoms, as well as targeted interventions.

The Radiant Health Assessment™ includes your comprehensive intake forms, physician review, lab fees, expert interpretation, personalized Radiant Health Report (featuring targeted supplement recommendations, lifestyle strategies), and an unhurried telemedicine visit so we can discuss everything, put the pieces together, and answer your questions.
You will also be invited to continue treatment if your findings warrant additional support. However, even if you choose not to move forward with one of our Sacred Care Pathways, the Radiant Health Report with your lab interpretation and treatment recommendations is yours to keep. This valuable resource is an important first step in guiding you toward symptom resolution and health optimization–whether or not you continue treatment with our practice.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fee for the Radiant Health Assessment™?
The investment is $695 one-time for all new patients. The fee is all-inclusive of: comprehensive intake forms, lab draw (for non-NY residents), and physician visit. After your initial intake, we’ll review discuss your results and review the options to help you feel your best and achieve your goals. The monthly fee ranges from $350-$750 depending on the level of services you choose.
Do you take insurance?
Our practice is private pay. We intentionally chose this practice model to prevent insurance approval delays and third parties making decisions about your health. This practice model enables us to provide you with the flexibility, autonomy, and unhurried care we believe is the best approach to medicine.
However, depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get some or all of the visit fees reimbursed. We can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not submit claims or contact insurance companies.
Where do you see patients?
Our practice treats women over 21 years old who are in the states of: NY, PA, MD and FL at the time of their visit.
What happens after I purchase the assessment?
You will receive a welcome packet and lab instructions by email. You will also be invited to sign up for our secure patient portal and complete your intake forms. After your forms are completed and reviewed, your labs will be ordered and you’ll receive detailed instructions for completing your labs. Once your results are in (~7-10 days), you’ll be invited to schedule your virtual appointment to review your results and discuss the next steps.
Are labs and supplements included in the cost of the Assessment?
Lab fees are included in the cost of the Radiant Health Assessment for non-NY residents. Due to state regulations, New York residents must order their own labs directly from our lab partner. The lab fee will be deducted from the cost of the Assessment (just select the correct option at checkout). You will receive detailed instructions on how to get your labs drawn.
Supplements are available from our dispensary at a 5-10% discounted rate.
Do I have to continue treatment after the Assessment?
Not at all. We will discuss your labs in great detail so you can discern if one of our health optimization programs is the next best step for you.
However, for most women who are experiencing hormonal symptoms, one of our healing pathways will be the best next step!
