What is the Clinical Intake Visit and what is included?
The Clinical Intake Visit is super-focused, value-packed, physician-led intake focused on deciding whether deeper diagnostic testing is appropriate.
Is this the same as the Radiant Health Assessment™?
No. The Radiant Health Assessment™ includes comprehensive labs, interpretation, and a personalized care plan. The Clinical Intake Visit helps determine whether that step is appropriate.
Will I receive a diagnosis or treatment plan?
You will receive recommendations on next steps for diagnosis and treatment.
What if I decide to purchase the Radiant Health Assessment™?
If you decide to move forward with the Radiant Health Assessment™, the $97 fee for will be deducted from the cost of the Radiant Health Assessment™ to reward you for taking action on your health.
Do you take insurance?
Our practice is private pay. We intentionally chose this practice model to prevent insurance approval delays and third parties making decisions about your health. This practice model enables us to provide you with the flexibility, autonomy, and unhurried care we believe is the best approach to medicine.
However, depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get some or all of the visit fees reimbursed. We can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not submit claims or contact insurance companies.
Where are you located?
Sacred Health Sanctuary is based on Florida and we provide telehealth services to women over 21 years old who are in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida at the time of their visit.
