After discussing your lab results and recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to implement your plan by choosing one of our 3-month clinical programs. These programs were designed to transform your health from the inside out.
Unlike “big box” healthcare mills or the typical 20-minute office visit with your PCP or Gynecologist, our programs are comprehensive, customized, and structured into treatment tiers to help you achieve your goals.
Packages range from $1497 – $4797, with the average investment of $2397 for 3 months of precision care.
You get to choose the level of support that meets your needs, your season of life, and your budget—without any pressure or overwhelm.

You’ll complete our comprehensive intake form so we have a complete picture of who you are, including your symptoms and patterns.
Complete Your Labs
After you complete your intake, we’ll order strategic labs to pinpoint imbalances in your body that standard testing often misses.
Receive Your Plan
You will receive a downloadable report and we will walk you through your lab results in detail so walk away with a treatment roadmap.
Your Investment
$495
The Radiant Health Assessment™ includes your comprehensive intake, physician review, expert lab interpretation, personalized Radiant Health Report (featuring targeted supplement recommendations and lifestyle strategies), and two telemedicine visits.
During your first visit, we will order labs to assess your hormonal and metabolic status. You can choose to complete your labs through our laboratory partner at a discounted rate (~$250) or use your insurance.
We’ll meet for the second visit to discuss your results and options for treatment so you can implement your care plan. Even if you choose not to move forward with treatment, your Radiant Health Report—with full lab interpretation and personalized recommendations—is yours to keep.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the fee for the Radiant Health Assessment™ and what is included?
The Radiant Health Assessment™ is the starting point for all new patients. There is a one-time fee of $495. This covers your comprehensive medical history and symptom intake, physician consultation, personalized Radiant Health Report, detailed lab interpretaion, and evidence-based recommendations.
Laboratory testing is a separate cost. You can get your labs drawn by our discounted cash-pay lab partner (~$250) or insurance-based testing at a local laboratory, depending on your preference and coverage. Please note, if you choose to use your health insurance, there may be a balance if the tests are not covered in full and there is no way for us to know how much it will cost you. If you choose to use your insurance to cover the labs, our practice is not responsibile for any remaining balance.
Where can I have labs done?
Labs will be sent to Quest or Labcorp. If there isn’t a Labcorp or Quest in close proximity to where you live, there is an option for mobile phlebotomy, however you will be responsible for any fees charged by the phlebotomist for this service.
Do you take insurance?
Our practice is private pay. We intentionally chose this practice model to prevent insurance approval delays and third parties making decisions about your health. This practice model enables us to provide you with the flexibility, autonomy, and unhurried care we believe is the best approach to medicine.
However, depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be able to get some or all of the visit fees reimbursed. We can provide a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not submit claims or contact insurance companies.
Where are you located?
Sacred Health Sanctuary is based on Florida and we provide telehealth services to women over 21 years old who are in the states of New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Florida at the time of their visit.
What happens after I purchase the Radiant Health Assessment™?
You will receive a welcome packet by email. You will also be invited to sign up for our secure patient portal, complete your intake forms, and book your first visit. After your forms are completed and reviewed, your labs will be ordered and you’ll receive detailed instructions for completing your labs. Once your results are in (~7-10 days), you’ll be invited to schedule your follow-up virtual visit to review your results and discuss the next steps.
Will prescription medications be included in my Radiant Health Assessment™
Prescription medications may be discussed as part of your personalized treatment plan during your Radiant Health Assessment™. However, prescribing and managing medications requires enrollment in one of our 3-month clinical programs (Comprehensive or Signature tier).
This is by design. In our clinical experience, optimizing a woman’s hormones takes a minimum of 3 months, and responsible prescribing requires a structured plan with appropriate follow-up and monitoring.
What is the next step after completing the Radiant Health Assessment™?
During your Radiant Health Assessment™, you’ll receive your personal wellness report. This downloadable document summarizes your symptoms, goals, lab results and personalized recommendations. You will be invited to put your treatment plan into action by enrolling in one of our clinical programs.
Our programs are organized into three levels of care that allows you to choose the option that is best for you. These options will be presented to you during your second visit.
The Essentials Tier is for the woman who prefers to implement the plan at her own pace. She is looking for structured plan that focuses on education and supplements. This tier does not include prescription medications. The investment for this tier is $499/mo for a 3-month program.
The Comprehensive Tier is for the woman who desires medically-supported transformation and personal guidance. She is interested in prescription medications, monthly visits, nervous system regulation tools, and more. The investment for this tier begins at $799/mo for a 3-month program.
The Signature Tier is for the woman who desires concierge-level of access to her doctor. She is interested in precision medical care, access to wearable health devices, priority support, expanded visit length, and more. The investment for this tier begins at $1599/mo for a 3-month program.
What happens after I complete the initial 3-month program?
By the end of the initial 3-month program, we have a much clearer sense of what’s working well and what may still need adjustment.
At that point, you have the option to:
1. Discontinue care if your treatment goals have been met.
2. Continue active treatment for another 3-month period if new goals arise or more refinement is needed.
3. Transition to a maintenance plan at a lower cost to maintain your progress. This includes prescription medications, quarterly telehealth visits, ongoing provider support.
